Acceptable, but With Issues

misleading price unprofessional staff

The hotel provided food that was varied and tasty each day, which I appreciated.

I experienced misleading pricing at the spa. I was told one price at the entrance, staff demanded more money inside for the sauna. This felt unprofessional and dishonest, and it did ruin my experience.

double charging extra items

the food was amazing!!! something for everyone. the team worked hard.

I must say, i was less than thrilled with a few things. it's still a mystery. also, i found it absurd that some items, like ice cream, cost extra. I expect that stuff to be included when i'm paying for an all-inclusive package.
